INSP raises a very serious alarm signal regarding the increase in the number of new cases of Coronavirus in Romania, saying that it is very important to increase the vaccination rate among the population in order to take advantage of the benefits offered by it.
""The increase in the number of cases is worrying, it is an alarm signal and this must make us all more vigilant.
As long as there are no severe cases, as long as we do not register deaths, I think this must be our objective, for all of us. There are no other ways than to vaccinate ourselves with very high chances of not getting a severe form.
I even gave an example, it's like when we choose or not to play the lottery with an 80% chance of winning and 20% of not winning and we choose 20% not to win", Dr. Adriana Pistol, director of the National Surveillance Center and Control of Communicable Diseases within the National Institute of Public Health."
