Valeriu Gheorghita: Wave 4, Important Risk for Romanians

Valeriu Gheorghita sends a very serious threatening message to Romanians all over the country, and this is because he is talking about an important risk that young people who do not get vaccinated are subject to, and this is because of a recent discovery by researchers.

Valeriu Gheorghita says that recent studies reveal the fact that the risk of young people up to 20 years of age to develop myocarditis following infection with the Coronavirus is up to 6 times higher than in the case of vaccination, so he recommends that they immunize themselves now.

"We know very clearly that children have a low risk of developing severe forms. Vaccination, on the other hand, also brings clear benefits in the case of children over 12 years of age by the fact that it can reduce the risk of certain inflammatory complications, such as multisystemic inflammatory syndrome, with heart damage.

We already have data that show us that those under the age of 20, boys in general, who go through the SARS-CoV-2 infection have a six times higher risk of developing cardiac complications, in this case myocarditis, compared to the risk which is associated with vaccination. So here, we could say that by vaccination we can also reduce the risk of heart damage. When we think about whether to vaccinate with the child and decide not to vaccinate him for fear of getting myocarditis, it is a wrong approach. Why? Because through infection, through going through the disease, the risk of damage is much higher.
