Un numar nou de cazuri noi de Coronavirus a fost anuntat de catre autoritatile din Romania pentru 24 august 2021, iar dupa cum puteti vedea, vorbim despre o noua crestere in raport cu aceeasi zi a saptamanii anterioare, ceea ce desigur ca fusese preconizat.
Numarul de romani internati in spitale din cauza Coronavirus este in crestere in aceasta perioada, iar asta pentru ca exista tot mai multe infectari, insa din pacate exista si tot mai multe persoane internate la terapie intensiva, ceea ce reprezinta o foarte mare problema.
Campania de vaccinare se desfasoara in acelasi ritm lent cu putine vaccinari facute zilnic de catre autoritati, iar acest lucru nu va ajuta la o evolutie pozitiva pentru valul 4 in Romania, astfel ca ramane sa vedem cum vor evolua luvrurile in urmatoarele saptamani.

1.052.478 patients were declared cured.
Following the tests carried out at the national level, compared to the last report, 782 new cases of people infected with SARS - CoV - 2 (COVID - 19) were registered, these being cases that have not previously had a positive test. *Regarding the "new cases not allocated by county", we specify that their number is determined by the changes made to the electronic platform through which the test results for the new coronavirus are reported and centralized. Thus, according to the new methodology, the test centers directly enter the results of the tests carried out, following which the epidemiological investigation is carried out at the level of the Public Health Directorates and the positive cases are assigned to the county/locality to which the infected persons belong.
The coefficient of cumulative infections per 14 days, reported per 1.000 inhabitants, is calculated by the Directorates of Public Health, at the level of the Municipality of Bucharest and the counties. Distinct from the newly confirmed cases, following retesting of patients who were already positive, 137 people were reconfirmed positive. The distribution of these cases by county can be found in the table below.

Until today, 34.439 people diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection have died.
În intervalul 23.08.2021 (10:00) – 24.08.2021 (10:00) au fost raportate de către INSP 14 decese (8 bărbați și 4 femei), ale unor pacienți infectați cu noul coronavirus, internați în spitale din județele Alba, Bacău, Cluj, Constanța, Dolj, Gorj, Hunedoara, Iași, Mehedinți, Mureș, Suceava, Timiș, Vrancea.
Dintre acestea, 1 deces a fost înregistrat la categoria de vârstă 20-29 ani, 2 la categoria de vârstă 40-49 ani, 1 la categoria de vârstă 50-59, 2 la categoria de vârstă 60-69 ani, 4 la categoria de vârstă 70-79 ani și 4 la categoria peste 80 de ani.
13 of the registered deaths are of patients who presented comorbidities, and 1 deceased patient did not present comorbidities.
No deaths are reported prior to the reference interval.
In the health units, the total number of people hospitalized with COVID-19 is 1.476. Of these, 205 are hospitalized at ATI.
Until this date, at the national level, 8.996.339 RT-PCR tests and 2.249.366 rapid antigen tests have been processed. In the last 24 hours, 15.418 RT-PCR tests (6.838 based on case definition and medical protocol and 8.580 on request) and 24.707 rapid antigen tests were performed.
On the territory of Romania, 4.272 people confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus are in isolation at home, and 1.523 people are in institutional isolation. Also, 60.391 people are in home quarantine, and 64 people are in institutionalized quarantine.
In the last 24 hours, 850 calls were registered to the single emergency number 112 and 650 to the TELVERDE line (0800 800 358), opened specifically for informing citizens.
As a result of the violation of the provisions of Law no. 55/2020 regarding some measures to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the police and gendarmes applied, on August 23, 413 contraventional sanctions, in the amount of 188.350 lei.
We remind citizens that the Ministry of Internal Affairs operationalized, starting on 04.07.2020, a TELVERDE line (0800800165) where violations of health protection rules can be reported.
The calls are taken by a dispatcher, in an integrated system, and distributed to the territorial structures for verification of the reported aspects.
