Windows 11: Microsoft's THREAT for PC Users

Windows 11 threat

Windows 11 is the next important version of the operating system that Microsoft wants to launch for PC users around the world, but this will not happen very easily. Microsoft is trying to force as many people as possible to give up Windows 10 if they want Windows 11, and even to convince people to buy new computers for this operating system, which apparently requires more resources to work.

Windows 11 was presented from the very beginning as an operating system for which PC users should have high-performance systems to be able to enjoy the best possible user experience, in the end. Microsoft "recommends" people to install Windows 11 only on high-performance systems, but it will not restrict access for older computers, although it threatens people that it will block updates on PCs with very old processors.

Windows 11: Microsoft's THREAT for PC Users

Windows 11 would block any kind of updates for old computers that have installed the new version, although officially they are not compatible with it, the threat from Microsoft is indirectly a request to buy new PCs. Microsoft's strategy is beginning to resemble Apple's, which once every few years blocks new updates on phones, tablets, old PCs, forcing people to buy newer models, and with Windows 11 the same thing is done, at a much larger scale.

Windows 11 doesn't seem to be designed to support older PCs the way Windows 10 was designed to run on a variety of computers, but perhaps declining PC sales is a reason for this strategy. In the case of Intel, processors older than 2017 do not have official support in Windows 11, which is very surprising, and in the case of AMD things are not much different, and this upset a lot of people.

Windows 11 could be a huge headache for many people, and it is possible that sales of PCs and PC components will increase after its release, but it remains to be seen exactly what will happen in the end.
