Specifically, WhatsApp is secretly working on a new special feature for iPhone and Android phones around the world to give people the ability to transcribe the messages they receive from various people.
WhatsApp never made it clear that it intended to implement such a function for everyone, and most of them thought that it was impossible to see a function for transcribing messages in phones. WhatsApp will offer this functionality differently for iPhone and Android, and this is due to the fact that in iOS there is already an advanced transcription system, so voice messages will be processed more simply, and more securely, for users.

WhatsApp will send the voice messages to the Facebook servers for transcription in the case of Android, and the user will see the texts directly within the application, they being saved locally to be accessed later. In the case of the iPhone, the WhatsApp application will use the system already integrated in the phones, but also the Apple servers, to make the transcription of the voice messages we receive, and even in this situation we are talking about the local storage of the texts.
WhatsApp will not be able to transcribe video messages, unfortunately, so only voice messages will benefit from this service, although it is not necessarily clear if this will not change in the future. It is still amazing that WhatsApp implements such a functionality for its customers all over the world after until now it was necessary to use third-party applications and send messages to strangers to benefit from a transcription for the voice messages we receive.
WhatsApp has been working on this functionality for some time, but it is not yet known when it will be offered, especially since it must be prepared very well before it is officially launched.
