Raed Arafat, head of the DSU, says that the current COVID certificates do not discriminate against Romanians, and this is because the way they were designed allows people to participate in any kind of events if they respect the rules established by the authorities.
Raed Arafat says that thanks to these COVID certificates, Romanians can participate in the events that take place in Romania without the economy being blocked in any way, so discrimination cannot be discussed as long as people have alternatives to be able to do various activities.
