Raed Arafat Checks are Possible in Locations with Access with COVID Certificates

Raed Arafat was asked during a CNCCI press conference if a Romanian can go to a location and present another person's certificate, which of course is not allowed from a legal point of view, but in the absence of an identity verification person, everything comes down to the attitude of the control bodies.

Raed Arafat says that if a control is presented at a location where access is only allowed with COVID certificates and the identity of some people who presented these certificates is checked, and it does not match a certificate registered in the STS system, then both the one who presented the certificate without right, as well as the one who offered it, will be at the attention of the authorities.

"If someone wants to abuse this, to come with someone else's certificate, it means that someone gave it to them, gave a CNP for that person, so that the certificate could get there. Both people will be asked how the certificate got to that person and why that person used a fake certificate.

When I enter the restaurant, it is scanned and shows that it is a valid certificate. If the control comes and says - I want to see two or three certificates - he can ask for the control body and the bulletin. If it is seen to be fake, it means that the person in question presented a fake certificate and a criminal case is drawn up. I don't think anyone wants that."
