More precisely, the people from Telekom tell customers from all over Romania that between September 23 and 28, 2021, a series of maintenance works will take place that will affect the way the services they offer work, so some may be intermittently unavailable .

Telekom says that the work will be done both on the services offered by the mobile services division and on the fixed services, so that millions of customers may be affected by what the company is doing now. Telekom says that the processing of certain requests and the operation of certain assistance services could be affected during the days of September 23 - 28, 2021, so if it happens that you cannot use everything that you had available normally, then you know what is happening.

Telekom says that any of its customers in Romania can get in touch with the agents who work at the assistance services to ask for help with any kind of problems they may encounter during this period. Of course, it is unlikely that they will be able to help you in any situation if the services they use to manage the platforms will not be available, but at least you know where you can ask for help if you need it.

Telekom does not regularly do this kind of work for the services it offers in Romania, so you should not expect them to repeat themselves too soon because things are not exactly like that. It is still possible that in the next period we will see maintenance work done by the Telekom people due to the fact that the fixed services division will be transferred to the Orange people following the acquisition, and this could be the beginning of the process.
