Valeriu Gheorghita talks below about the fact that Romanians should understand the danger to which they are exposed in full wave 4 of infections with the Coronavirus and that they should protect themselves in order not to risk a possible infection that could bring them to hospitals that they do not have the ability to treat them because they are archipelagic.
"We know that the pandemic affects us all, not only the authorities. That is precisely why we need, after all, on the one hand, understanding, to stop dividing ourselves between people for and against because, both, we are affected. Regardless of whether or not we believe in the benefits of vaccination, in the importance of respecting hygiene measures, if we believe in the role of the mask.
It is quite obvious that, at the moment, we have no other solutions. We don't have a miracle solution. The only thing we can do is respect what we have learned so far and what has been passed down to us by the doctors. It is a war that we will lose by not getting involved and by not understanding the importance of vaccination and adherence to measures to prevent the spread of the disease.
We, personally, do not intend to implement any measures, nor can we, nor is it the object of our activity, but we have only one mission, namely to send a message as clearly as possible that we have solutions to limit this pandemic .
We have the solutions available: to vaccinate ourselves, to respect the other hygienic and sanitary measures, to wear a mask, to try to avoid overcrowded areas, to be more responsible and more solidarity with those who respect the preventive measures, to try to transmit to those around ours to comply with the measures because it is a matter of common sense and responsibility, let's try to reduce ignorance, all these things are what will save the lives of our loved ones. We don't do that, we take the consequences, because there is no other way to get out of this pandemic."
