Noul numar de cazuri noi de infectare generate de catre Coronavirus, si depistate in ultimele 24 de ore in urma testelor antigen si PCR, a fost raportat de catre autoritatile din Romania, iar conform acestora, de cazuri noi au fost confirmate, cifrele fiind intr-o continua scadere in aceasta perioada.
In spitale continua sa scada numarul persoanelor infectate de catre Coronavirus, iar asta in timp ce exista o scadere inclusive pentru numarul persoanelor internate la ATI, dar din pacate numarul deceselor ramane totusi unul ridicat, ceea ce este o problema extrem de serioasa pentru Romania.
Campania de vaccinare merge pe acelasi trend de scadere in aceasta perioada, ceva ce probabil ca nu foarte multa lume se astepta sa vada in urma impunerii folosirii certificatului verde digital in octombrie, da riata ca totul merge in sens invers fata de cee ace se asteptau sa vada autoritatile.

1.658.933 patients were declared cured.
In the last 24 hours, 2.796 new cases of people infected with SARS - CoV - 2 (COVID - 19) were registered, of which 40 are of reinfected patients, tested positive more than 180 days after the first infection .

*Regarding the "new cases not allocated by county", we specify that their number is determined by the changes made to the electronic platform through which the test results for the new coronavirus are reported and centralized. Thus, according to the new methodology, the test centers directly enter the results of the tests carried out, following which the epidemiological investigation is carried out at the level of the Public Health Directorates and the positive cases are assigned to the county/locality to which the infected persons belong.
**As for cases from abroad, these are cases of citizens who came to Romania having been infected in other countries. These cases were included in the total of new cases not allocated by county.
The coefficient of cumulative infections per 14 days, reported per 1.000 inhabitants, is calculated by the Directorates of Public Health, at the level of the Municipality of Bucharest and the counties. Until today, 55.617 people diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection have died.
În intervalul 23.11.2021 (10:00) – 24.11.2021 (10:00) au fost raportate de către INSP 231 de decese (122 bărbați și 109 femei), din care 36 anterioare intervalului de referință, ale unor pacienți infectați cu noul coronavirus, internați în spitalele din Alba, Arad, Argeș, Bacău, Bihor, Bistrița-Năsăud, Botoșani, Brașov, Brăila, Buzău, Călărași, Caraș-Severin, Cluj, Constanța, Covasna, Dâmbovița, Dolj, Galați, Giurgiu, Gorj, Hunedoara, Ialomița, Iași, Ilfov, Maramureș, Mehedinți, Mureș, Neamț, Prahova, Satu Mare, Sălaj, Sibiu, Suceava, Teleorman, Timiș, Tulcea, Vaslui, Vâlcea și Municipiul București.
Among the 231 deaths, 2 were registered in the age category 30-39 years, 8 in the age category 40-49 years, 19 in the age category 50-59 years, 50 in the age category 60-69 years, 74 in the age category 70-79 years and 78 in the age category over 80 years.
214 of the recorded deaths are of patients who had comorbidities, 11 deceased patients had no comorbidities, and for 6 deceased patients no comorbidities have been reported to date.
Au fost raportate 36 de decese anterioare intervalului de referință, survenite în județele Bacău, Brașov, Buzău, Galați, Giurgiu, Iași, Mureș, Suceava, în lunile octombrie 2021 și noiembrie 2021. În intervalul de referință au fost raportate 195 de decese.
Din totalul de 231 de pacienți decedați, 204 erau nevaccinați și 27 vaccinați. Cei 27 de pacienți decedați vaccinați aveau vârste cuprinse între grupele de vârstă 50-59 ani și peste 80 de ani. 26 dintre pacienții vaccinați care au decedat prezentau comorbidități, iar pentru 1 pacient nu au fost raportate comorbidități.
In specialized health facilities, the total number of people hospitalized with COVID-19 is 9.452. Of these, 1.380 are hospitalized at ATI. Of the 1.380 patients admitted to ATI, 136 have a certificate attesting to vaccination.
Out of the total of hospitalized patients, 150 are minors, 135 being hospitalized in wards and 15 in ATI.
Until this date, at the national level, 10.659.331 RT-PCR tests and 5.171.775 rapid antigen tests have been processed. In the last 24 hours, 15.939 RT-PCR tests (8.811 based on case definition and medical protocol and 7.128 on request) and 31.203 rapid antigen tests were performed.
On the territory of Romania, 46.169 people confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus are in isolation at home, and 9.675 people are in institutional isolation. Also, 52.358 people are in home quarantine, and 64 people are in institutionalized quarantine.
In the last 24 hours, 1.680 calls were registered to the single emergency number 112 and 315 to the TELVERDE line (0800 800 358), opened specifically for informing citizens.
As a result of the violation of the provisions of Law no. 55/2020 regarding some measures to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the police and gendarmes applied, on November 23, 2.000 contraventional sanctions, in the amount of 369.950 lei.
Also, through the competent structures of the Police, a criminal file was drawn up yesterday for thwarting the fight against diseases, an act provided for and punished by art. 352 Criminal Code.
We remind citizens that the Ministry of Internal Affairs operationalized, starting on 04.07.2020, a TELVERDE line (0800800165) where violations of health protection rules can be reported.
