Alexandru Rafila, the current Minister of Health, stated that in December there will be a regulation of the COVID certificate in Romania, i.e. a law requiring its use, but not all the time, but under certain conditions, depending on the incidence rates in Romania.
Alexandru Rafila also made this statement in the course of the past days, saying that it is important that this COVID certificate be implemented in a way that allows both its imposition and its removal, depending on the incidence rates that are recorded .
Alexandru Rafila says that the decision to regulate the COVID certificate is a political one, but it must be done in an inclusive way so that all those who are affected have something to say about how this protective instrument will be used.
