BANCA Transilvania has issued a new extremely serious warning to its customers from all over Romania, and this is because it brings into discussion a very serious problem that many people face and which can become very dangerous. More precisely, the people from BANCA Transilvania talk to customers from all over Romania about the fraudulent transactions that could take place in their accounts, or that they could be tricked into doing without realizing it.
BANCA Transilvania explains on its website to its customers about this extremely serious problem which unfortunately generates many problems for the customers of many banks in Romania, or from other areas around the world. The problems are very serious because it is possible that because of them, the money of BANCA Transilvania clients cannot be recovered very easily if they end up being transferred fraudulently to unknown persons as part of these attacks.

BANCA Transilvania says that there are a number of methods by which we can check if a fraudulent transaction has been made for our account, the first of them being the use of the BT Pay interface that allows us to see the transactions made for our account. The second method that BANCA Transilvania recommends is BT Visual Help, a service that can be accessed by phone by customers and that can send us information about account transactions.
BANCA Transilvania also talks about NeoBT, an application very similar to BT Pay, which also has a special section for transactions that we can access in just a few minutes to see the information. Apple Pay is also an option to see information about transactions made using BANCA Transilvania cards, but if that is not enough, then you can also use BT24 Mobile Banking, or the internet banking platform.
BANCA Transilvania tells us, at the end, about the SMS alert service to find out every time a transaction is made in which our card is used, the last solution for verifying the transactions being the Ino, Livia and Raul chatbots.
