McDonald's is recognized as a chain of restaurants with menus accessible to the population, however, in some locations around the world, it also offers a wide range of more expensive products, intended for those who want to try different tastes. For example, the locations in Denmark sell a burger with a Japanese theme, Denmark's Homestyle x Henrik Jyrk Tokio Teriyaki, developed by chef Henrik Jyrk, this is a product that includes onion rings, beef steak and teriyaki sauce in a crispy bun, all at a price of 9.55 dollars, which also bring 802 calories.

McDonald's also stands out with the most expensive burger in its chain, which is the Grand Chicken Special, sold in Lebanon at the price of 27.19 dollars. On the other hand, the cheapest menu that can be found in the McDonald's franchise is sold in Kazaksthan, where a Big Tasty can be bought at the price of 3.05 dollars.

McDonald's has in Europe the largest part of the chain of stores outside the US, and in France (including Monaco) it sells a burger called Signature Charolais & Sauce aux2 Moutardes, which contains beef, Dijon and L'ancienne mustard, and cheese Cheddar at the price of 14.38 dollars. McDonald's sells a Signature Surf'n'Turf burger in Germany for $12.18, while in the Netherlands a Double Quarter Pounder Voordeelmenu costs $12.54, but Switzerland and Liechtenstein offer a Big Tasty double bacon for $13.56 .

In Romania, one of the menus most appreciated by consumers is Big Tasty, which costs 4.29 dollars, a price close to that found in the locations in Belarus or Croatia.
