WhatsApp continues the changes for one of the most important changes it has integrated so far for the messaging platform used by hundreds of millions of people around the world, all to be officially revealed soon.
WhatsApp is working on the implementation of a new method to communicate in groups of people, this representing an evolution of the current system of groups, the change coming as a big surprise.
WhatsApp will implement a special section in its application that will be called Communities, and within it will be grouped the conversation groups that we participate in when we use the messaging application on our own iPhone and Android phones. Now we see how this special section evolves, because one called "Communities Home" has been discovered, and it wants to be a central hub for the control of conversation groups.
WhatsApp will offer us in this "Communities Home" section the possibility to see all the conversation groups that are grouped in a Community, and will offer us a series of options to control, or manage, them more "efficiently". Of course, for now there is no information about what these functionalities should offer for users all over the world, but it is clear that they will be officially offered at some point.
With this new functionality, WhatsApp brings an important evolution for the group system that exists in the messaging platform, and this in the conditions where the American company wants to offer users more reasons to stay in the application.
Of course, the final form of these Communities will determine how people will appreciate more, or less, what the messaging platform has to offer, so it remains to be seen what we will get.
