"Dear students,
You should know that I was also a child and experienced first-hand the tense situations in the school yard or in front of the building. Even though times have changed, I am convinced that my experiences are the same as yours.
As a child, I chose to cross the threshold of a gym, in my case martial arts, and I understood after many years of practicing this sport, that not only the body became stronger, but also the mind became healthier.
Being in the middle of a conflict, I chose not to hurt with gestures or words, but to put my strength in the service of good. A punch or a hurtful word won't make you feel stronger."
