Facebook Messenger, one of the largest messaging platforms in the world, has launched new important changes for phone and tablet users, which are offered together with the latest update.
Facebook Messenger launched in the US a special function for money transfers between users of the messaging platform, something that is not yet offered in Romania, but will be available in the not too distant future, or at least that is what many people hope.

“Split Payments is now available in the US on iOS and Android phones. To use Split Payments, tap the + icon in a group chat and select the payments tab, then tap the Get Started button. From there you can split your bill equally or customize the amount each person owes.
Next, enter a personalized message, confirm your payment details and submit your request. Friends who are new to payments in Messenger can easily add payment details to send and receive money.
We're rolling out new voicemail recording controls so you can pause, preview, delete, or resume recording a voicemail before sending.
We are increasing the length of voice messages from one minute to 30 minutes.”
