Volodymyr Zelensky told the Russians that they would pay for every destruction they caused in Ukraine as a result of the Russian invasion, and now he says that special reconstruction programs will be made in the country for every city that was bombed and destroyed by the Russian army until now.
Volodymyr Zelenskiy is making superhuman efforts during this period to keep attention on the struggle that Ukraine is currently fighting to face the Russian invasion, and this while the Russians are preparing to give a new strong assault on Kiev, other cities being massively bombed for some time.
