Ukraine deeply criticizes the Western world regarding the lack of reaction to take stronger measures against Russia after the invasion of the country, now bringing into question the atrocities committed by Russian soldiers during the withdrawal from the cities near Kiev that were occupied by the armed forces of enemies.
In the cities near Kiev, the Russian soldiers left behind a large number of people killed in the street, some of them tied to the hands, tortured, all apparently before the Russian troops left the area, everything being revealed to the whole world by the soldiers Ukrainians, and this is now at the center of Volodymyr Zelensky's criticism.
