Klaus Iohannis Condemns the Atrocities in Cities Close to the Capital Kiev

Last night Klaus Iohannis condemned the atrocities committed in the cities close to the capital Kiev in Ukraine, especially in Bucha, over 400 people were killed by the Russian soldiers, according to the Ukrainian authorities, all while the Russian army forces were withdrawing from the occupied territories and returning in Belarus, from where they will probably go to other areas.

Klaus Iohannis joins many other leaders who during this day decided to strongly criticize the atrocities that were committed in those cities near Kiev, and this is because we are talking about crimes that targeted civilians in the city, despite the fact that Russia he denied all the time that he bombed civilian buildings or killed civilians.

"The Russian invasion of Ukraine has terrible, unspeakable consequences - the images of Bucha and other cities in 🇺🇦 must be a reminder to the whole world that we must stop this illegal aggression and that all those found guilty must pay! International justice should prevail!”
