According to the information that was published on the website of BANCA Transilvania, interest rates on loans have even increased by more than 2 times in certain cases, which represents major changes.
BANCA Transilvania says that in the case of individuals, the interest rates for deposits have increased from 0.90% to 1.90% for those made for one month, from 3% to 3.10% for those made for 3 months, but also from 3.25% to 4% for those for 6 months. In the case of deposits made for 12 months, BANCA Transilvania says that the interest rates have increased from 3.75% to 4%, and for those for 24 months, the interest rate has increased from 2.6% to 3.8%, so that in the case of premiums, the increase is over 2 times.
