The exercises of the Romanian Army Continue with the Soldiers of the NATO Forces

The Romanian Army continues its exercises together with the NATO allied forces that are present in Romania during this period, and this is because there is a great interest for the soldiers to be prepared for anything in the context of the war in Ukraine, their involvement in our country being extremely important .

The Romanian Army conducts exercises with many of the soldiers sent to Romania in recent years, and it did so even before the war in Ukraine began, the goal being that our soldiers and those of the allies work together as well as possible, and be prepared for any kind of combat situation he might face.

"The third training rotation with the French ally

It was the turn of the 33rd "Posada" Mountain Hunters Battalion, from Curtea de Argeș, to conduct joint training with the French mountain hunters from the 27th Chasseurs Alpins Battalion.

The first day of instruction of the two structures started with climbing and alpine instruction, held in the Cheile Râșnoavei climbing range. The Romanian and French militaries have set up different directions for climbing, abseiling and crossing the mountain.

This experience provided a good opportunity for the military to compare the climbing techniques and procedures used by the two formations of mountain hunters, in the following period they will carry out platoon-level tactical exercises and firing with the equipped weapons."
