WhatsApp: Important OFFICIAL Change Released for iPhone and Android

WhatsApp Important Change OFFICIAL Released iPhone Android

WhatsApp has officially launched a very important change for the billions of users around the world who use the messaging application, it being available in the stable version of the application for iPhone and Android. A few weeks ago WhatsApp announced that they will offer users around the world the opportunity to create conversation groups in which they can add up to 512 participants, instead of 256, and this is possible from now on.

WhatsApp launched this important change without officially announcing what it is doing, so anyone who installs the latest version of the application for iPhone and Android can make chat groups with at least 512 participants at any time. You can see in the image below that from now on, every time we create a conversation group, we have the option to add this maximum number of people, if we want.

WhatsApp makes this very important change shortly before launching a new major change for iPhone and Android, specifically communities that involve a combination of several groups in a so-called community. The expansion of the number of people who can make a conversation group to 512 is more than likely related to this major change called Communities, and the platform wants to offer us everything in the near future.

WhatsApp thought the entire change in such a way that communication between people would be substantially improved thanks to it, but of course a lot depends on how quickly the communities will be available to us. This new major change has been under development at the American company since 2021, but it seems that for now it is not 100% ready to be offered to us officially.

WhatsApp has many other extremely interesting changes prepared for us, so it remains to be seen to what extent they will be offered officially, or not, for everyone, when they are ready for launch.
