Andrei Baciu: Constructive Criticisms Helped to Improve CNCAV Activity

Andrei Baciu Constructive Criticism Helped the Improvement of CNCAV Activity

Andrei Baciu, the former president of CNCAV, spoke before the vaccination process was moved from the intergovernmental body to the Ministry of Health about what this process represented, and how much certain processes created within it helped, or not.

Andrei Baciu talks below about the help given by constructive criticism in improving the activity that CNCAV had, but also about the help received from various organizations, whether they were governmental or non-governmental, in improving the organization's activity.

"Constructive criticism helped us improve our work. Even comments without arguments or foundation helped us in our desire to be better. However, everything CNCAV has built would not have been possible without the support and support of several important actors.

Whether they represented state institutions at the highest level, non-governmental organizations, the private sector, religious cults, civil society, influencers, the media or simple citizens. Any favorable result obtained is also their credit. For all this I thank and am grateful to them!

When working as a #team, Romania has demonstrated that it is capable of creating functional public systems, online and offline. We reduced bureaucratic barriers and improved the citizen's experience in interacting with the state representative. From the online and offline scheduling activity to the medical act, the vaccination process was efficient, safe and modern.

In these 18 months, I have met friends and professionals, role models and mentors. In each of you, vaccination colleagues. I am happy for our results, professionally, but also from a human point of view. I got excited, attached and ambitious with all of you.

We enjoyed every success, and with every day spent together, we sought to be better! On a personal level, I am extremely grateful for this whole experience. Now, I look with great confidence and determination to what we can continue to build here in Romania. Together. There are many lessons to be learned from this whole experience."
