ECDC is warning millions of Europeans from the entire European continent at the moment about the very worrying situation that dozens of countries are going through, and about which people should know, and this is because at the center is the monkey pox, the epicenter of the diseases being at the moment even the European continent, according to the information provided by the WHO, and not only.
ECDC tells Europeans that if they have specific symptoms of monkeypox infection, they should ask for a doctor's consultation, and not participate in events or parties where many people can participate, and this is because there is the possibility of to infect many people through their participation.
ECDC conveys the fact that viruses do not discriminate between people, and people who are infected should not be stigmatized, here the fact that the majority of those infected are men who have sexual relations with other men, but there were also women, or children, infected following contact with other people who were already infected.
ECDC recommends caution for everyone, and this is due to the fact that monkeypox has spread a lot in Europe in recent months, and the situation seems to be very far from changing in this period if people do not understand that they must protect themselves and avoid a possible infection by limiting contacts.
