DIGI Mobil is the fourth largest telecommunications group in Romania at the moment, with over 4 million customers who use its services every day, the number is constantly growing, which is of course good news for the company, and today comes some not so good news.
DIGI Mobil was included in a study, available in this page, which aimed at certifying Orange as having the best mobile phone network in Romania, with the best services in terms of mobile internet and voice, and in the case of the company owned by RCS & RDS the news is not so good, on the contrary .
Orange has the best performing mobile phone network in Romania at the moment, with the highest internet speeds, while DIGI Mobil remains in last place in terms of mobile internet performance, with 19 Mbps for download and 5.77 Mbps for upload.
DIGI Mobil did not manage to improve the performance of the mobile network compared to the same period last year, only extremely slightly, the difference in terms of speeds being only 0.7 Mbps, so imperceptible for end customers, the bad part being that the difference compared to Telekom has increased substantial.
Last year, Telekom registered internet speeds of 19 Mbps, and now it jumped to 27 Mbps, a considerable improvement, while DIGI Mobil remained where it was, which is not surprising, since the prices for the company's services are some small ones next.
