The European Union approved a loan worth 5 billion euros for Ukraine following a meeting of finance ministers within the union, the amount being part of a 9 billion euro loan that was announced on September 5 by the European Commission , and who comes to help the country at war.
The European Union is trying to help Ukraine as much as it can with these types of financial aid, and this is because we are talking about large amounts, but they will be used for the reconstruction of schools, hospitals, and other types of civil infrastructure that was destroyed by the Russian bombings in war.
