Emmanuel Macron France Will Not Recognize Referendums in Donbas

Emmanuel Macron, the president of France, stated that the country should not recognize the results of the referendums that are to take place in Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Melitopol, stating that they are cynical and parodies, and the same was stated by other countries in the last hours.

Russia could announce that it is annexing these territories, but even so, Ukraine does not seem in any way "distracted" by what Russia wants to do, and this is because the counteroffensives will not stop, or at least these are the messages coming from to the country's leaders, but this was to be expected, in the end.

"Planned referendums in Russian-occupied Ukrainian regions on joining #Russia will not be recognized by the international community," Emmanuel Macron said, calling the plans "cynical" and "a travesty." Macron also guaranteed continued arms deliveries to #Ukraine.”
