Europe seems to be prepared to get through the winter well even without gas delivered by Russia in the following months, and this is because it has managed to secure what it needs, after the consumption reductions, and will even import 40% more a lot of liquefied gas to cover the need.

"Europe is ready for the winter without Russian gas. European countries could import nearly 40 percent more liquefied gas next winter year-on-year, according to Bloomberg. "These shipments are sufficient to cover a complete shutdown of Russian pipeline flows from October 1."
