Volodymyr Zelenski's announcements, Army Advances and New US Sanctions

Volodymyr Zelensky spoke in new important announcements about the advances that the Ukrainian army has made in recent days, managing to free tens of kilometers of territory and many localities from the occupation of the Russian army.

Volodymyr Zelenski also discussed with the US president, Joe Biden, about new sanctions to be imposed against Russia, but they have not yet been 100% established and are not in force.

"Today we have good news from the front line.

First of all: the Ukrainian army is making quite fast and powerful moves in the south of our country in the current defense operation.

Dozens of settlements have already been exempted from the Russian pseudo-referendum this week alone.

This is in Kherson region, Kharkiv region, Lugansk region and Donetsk region together.

In particular, from the military reports of the Kherson region: freed from the occupier and stabilized settlements Lyubimivka, Khreshchenivka, Zolota Balka, Bilyaivka, Ukrainka, Velyka and Mala Oleksandrivka and Davidiv Brid. And this is far from a complete list…

Our soldiers don't stop. And it is only a matter of time before we expel the occupier from all our land.

I spoke with US President Joe Biden. We discussed additional sanctions, the situation on the battlefield and the importance of preserving seaborne exports of agricultural products.

I also coordinated efforts on the eve of joint international events. The international community should give a decisive joint response to the disorderly attempts to annex Ukrainian territories.

I am grateful to the President of the United States and the entire American people for their continued defense and financial support.

I was pleased to hear President Biden's words that our military inspires the world and our people inspire the world.

And rightfully so. Our victory in this war will show how much Ukraine can contribute to the global power of freedom, the global power of democracy."
