The European Parliament will Vote on a Resolution for Declaring Russia as a State Sponsor of Terrorism

The European Parliament is going to vote on a resolution that would establish the fact that Russia is a state that sponsors terrorism, and this because of the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, but also the numerous war crimes and brutal bombings, carried out up to the moment of face.

The European Parliament has already established the text of the resolution, and it will be voted on in the plenary, and the result will be one that will be aligned with those taken by other states in the European Union, but will not have any real legal power, the resolution not being binding for the European Commission.

"The European Parliament will vote on a resolution that marks Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism. "After four hours of negotiations, an agreement was reached on the text," said Andrius Kubilius, a member of the European Parliament. The resolution will be voted on next week."
