Enel, the company that supplies electricity and natural gas to millions of Romanians in the country, has published a last-minute warning that all customers who use its services at the moment must know, and this is because it brings to their attention what what is happening these days
Enel says that on November 30 and December 1, it will give its employees days off, so we will not be able to go to any of its points of presence to solve any kind of problems we may have, to sign new contracts, or to to terminate existing ones, which is important to know.
According to those from Enel, the activity in all its locations in the country will return to normal starting on December 2, as is the case with other companies that during this period have taken the decision to offer their employees days off for Saint Andrew , but also to celebrate the National Day of Romania.
Enel says that it has a dedicated page on its website where anyone can check any kind of online services that are currently available for customers all over Romania, and we can take advantage of them to try to solve any problems, but of course in a limited way.
On November 30th and December 1st, legal holidays, all our stores will be closed. Some of them will also be closed on December 2. If you plan to visit us during this period, we look forward to seeing you in our stores, but we recommend that you check their schedule on the website.
