According to those from Raiffeisen, what remained of the unprocessed transactions will be processed today, and everything that will be initiated today in terms of transactions will be processed normally by the bank, so things should work normally at the moment, customers can also make transactions without problems.

Regarding the SWIFT connectivity issue, we inform you that the issues have been resolved as of tonight and everything is working normally. Most of the transactions from yesterday, December 15, 2022 have been processed. We assure you that the small part of yesterday's still unprocessed transactions will be completed with priority today.

This means that all payment orders/Swift messages also generated by securities, FX, derivatives and money market activities from today, December 16, 2022, will be processed as usual by Raiffeisen Bank. We apologize to all our affected customers.
