CEC Bank, one of the oldest and largest banks in Romania, has published an official notice that all customers across the country must know about, and this is because it has made a decision based on which it will make changes to the program based on which all its agencies and branches will function during the New Year 2023.
CEC Bank explains below the fact that during the day of December 30, 2022, its branches throughout the country will only be open until 14:00 p.m., while in the case of agencies we are talking about the schedule until 13:00 p.m., so you have a the limited period of time in which you can reach them to solve problems or contract services.
CEC Bank has closed its agencies and branches in Romania on the dates of December 31, 2022, or January 1, 2023, but even on January 2, 2023 we will not be able to reach them, so it is about 3 days when everything will be closed, plus December 30, 2022, when the program will be a partial one in Romania.
CEC Bank is basically following a program similar to the one it had during the Christmas period, and it was expected that this would happen, and this is because things were exactly the same during 2021, so there is some the surprise is that the situation is not at all different for the year 2022.
CEC Bank will still have the Call Center open during this period, even if partially, to ask for emergency help with any kind of problems we may have, and this is because we are not talking about a total closure of all support services, because some clients might still need them in certain situations.
