Raiffeisen Bank, one of the main banks in Romania with a substantial number of clients throughout the country, has issued a warning that all clients must know about at the moment, and this is because it brings to our immediate attention a series of measures that are implemented by the bank at this moment.
Raiffeisen Bank tells its customers from all over Romania that during this night, January 13-14, 2023, it will carry out a series of maintenance works, without explaining why it needs to implement such measures, but that is less important, because it is essential that they will be applied by the bank now.
Raiffeisen Bank explains below, in detail, which of the services it offers will be unavailable during the next few hours due to the maintenance work scheduled by the bank, so it is good to be extremely attentive to what it says, because you may not have access to money, or to its management.
Raiffeisen Bank informs all customers in advance to ensure that they are prepared when these maintenance works begin, and that they will not be affected to a great extent by the changes that are to be implemented application following the works that were scheduled for this night.
Dear customers, Tonight (January 13 – 14, 2023), between 00:01 and 5:00, we will carry out a maintenance operation. Thus, the following services will be unavailable: internet and mobile banking applications: Raiffeisen Online, Smart Mobile dedicated to private customers; the Raiffeisen Smart Market application; the new Raiffeisen Online IMM, Smart Business, Raiffeisen Online and Smart Mobile dedicated to corporate customers.
Approval of e-commerce transactions through SmartToken; transactions at multifunction ATMs (MFM). Debit and credit cards issued by Raiffeisen Bank remain functional throughout this time. During the period of time when the SmartToken application will not be functional, you will be able to authorize online payments made with the card through the static password and the OTP code received via SMS.
