The Minister of Education announces for students in all Romanian schools a series of very important plans for the year 2023, and this is because he officially reveals below what all Romanians should know when it comes to the program through which young people will learn about climate change .
The Minister of Education explains below how the plans will be made for the activities that will take place in schools in order to help students understand more easily how important climate change is, but also what kind of major problems it generates at a global level for millions of people in the world .
"In order to plan the activities within the "Green Week" program, each educational unit establishes the following: the coordination team of the "Green Week" program, made up of: director, deputy director; 4-5 members of the teaching council - 1 member with the quality of environmental manager, at least 1 member from the commission for drawing up the schedule.
1-2 representatives of the student council, for the educational units in which
do these structures work; 1-2 representatives of the parents' committee; the educational advisor and/or project coordinator; the school counselor/school mediator, as the case may be. The calendar for the "Green Week" program, which includes: the period for identifying the interests/concerns of preschoolers/preschoolers/students, the period for compiling the offer of activities for the "Green Week", the period for carrying out the program and the reflection/analysis period of the results.
The composition of the coordination team and the schedule of the "Green Week" program are proposed and analyzed within the teaching council and approved by the administrative board of the educational unit. Representatives of the student council and representatives of the parents' committee will be invited to the teachers' council meeting.
The coordination team of the "Green Week" program has the following attributions: identifies the interests, concerns of pre-schoolers, preschoolers, students and establishes the form of presentation of activity proposals for the "Green Week" program offer; analyze the offer of activity proposals from the dedicated platform and/or other local offers; centralizes the activity proposals, duration, optimal number of preschoolers, preschoolers, participating students, space and necessary materials.
It centralizes the options of preschoolers, preschoolers, students; draws up the schedule for "Green Week"; schedules both the use of the spaces and other facilities of the educational unit as well as field trips, visits; monitors the implementation of the "Green Week" program; analyzes the results of the "Green Week" program and prepares the synthetic report, according to the model in the annex to this methodology; presents the synthetic report within the Teachers' Council, the Parents' Representative Council; upload the report to the dedicated platform."
