The Minister of Education published 2 last-minute announcements with very important measures that are revealed for schools all over Romania, but also for all students, and this is because we are talking, first of all, about the calendar of national and international educational activities financed, or not, by to the Romanian authorities.

The Minister of Education also published an announcement related to a meeting with the French ambassador in Romania, this aimed at discussions for the consolidation of cooperation between the two countries, especially regarding the recognition of the language skills of the students attending the courses of the educational units in each country .

Today, February 6, 2023, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Education, a meeting took place between the Minister of Education, Ms. Ligia Deca, and HE Ms. Laurence AUER, the Ambassador of the French Republic in Bucharest. The topics of discussion were: the development of the legal framework, through the elaboration of a document of bilateral cooperation in the field of education. Strengthening cooperation in the field of bilingual education, by expanding the network of bilingual high schools, training teachers and training trainers; the possibilities of relaunching cooperation in the field of professional and technical education, with a better involvement of the French economic operators present in Romania;

The identification of concrete solutions regarding the methods of certification and recognition of the language skills acquired by students, in accordance with European recommendations, after taking the Baccalaureate exams in two foreign languages ​​of international circulation; the identification of new topics of common interest in the development of cooperation in the field of higher education; better promotion of French-speaking university courses in Romania, including on the portal.

Educational institutions are encouraged to promote the activities and results of the "Green Week" program among parents/legal representatives of preschoolers/preschoolers, students, as well as the general public. Means of promotion and dissemination are used, such as the presentation of the activities on the own website, on that of the partners involved in the activities, on the dedicated platform, information/articles in the mass media from the local or central level, photos, films, in compliance with the provisions General Data Protection Regulation.

Based on the agreed assessment tools and criteria, each educational unit selects an activity from among those carried out, with which to participate in the "Green Week" Competition held at the county/municipality level of Bucharest, based on a regulation developed by the school inspectorate.
