The Minister of Health Wants to make CHANGES Great Romania

The Minister of Health wants to make a series of changes of great importance for Romania in the next period, and this is because a new ministerial order has been created that Alexandru Rafila should sign, and based on it certain changes will be made for the way the examination for the car license is done.

The Minister of Health explains below what should change from this point of view, and this is because the news is of interest to many people, and you should know what is happening, if you are interested in obtaining a driver's license in the next period, or if you have an acquaintance who wants to do this.

"According to the regulations provided by letter f) of paragraph (2) of art. 4 of the Order of the Minister of Health no. 1159/2010 regarding the approval of the list of medical assistance units authorized for the ambulatory examination of candidates for obtaining a driver's license and of drivers of motor vehicles or trams, with subsequent amendments and additions.

The medical assistance unit that wants authorization for the ambulatory examination of candidates for obtaining a driver's license and drivers of motor vehicles or trams, must prove, among other things, that "...has employed medical and sanitary personnel for the medical specialties for which it requests authorization, according to the legal regulations in force".

In the sense of the regulations mentioned above, the Gorj Public Health Directorate, by address 911/20.01.2023, requested the Ministry of Health, as the issuer of the normative act, for clarifications related to the possibility of acceptance by the public health departments, to the requests of issuing authorizations for the ambulatory examination of candidates for obtaining a driver's license, a service contracts concluded between the health units seeking authorization and the examining specialist doctors, as evidence of the employment of specialized medical personnel.

Considering the provisions of art. 412 of Law no. 95/2006 on health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, according to which the medical profession is a liberal one. We submit for your approval the draft Order of the Minister of Health for the amendment of art. 4 para. (2) letter f) of MS Order no. 1159/2010 regarding the approval of the list of medical assistance units authorized for the ambulatory examination of candidates for obtaining a driver's license and drivers of cars or trams.

In which the following content of atr. 4 paragraph (2) letter f): "f) proof, for the medical specialties for which authorization is requested, that he has employed medical and sanitary personnel according to Title II of Law no. 53/2003 of the Labor Code, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, or, as the case may be, according to Chapter IV of Law no. 287/2009, Civil Code, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions."
