The latest weather warning of the ANM, the National Meteorological Administration, for April 14, 2023 in Romania brings to our immediate attention a series of weather phenomena that we should know about right now, because they affect a large number of people.
ANM talks below about winds that in gusts will reach speeds of up to 65 km/h, but also about torrential rains, with electrical discharges, the quantities of water being able to exceed, in certain regions, even 25 l/mXNUMX, i.e. a quantity the substance that can cause problems.

In Banat, Crisana, Maramureș, Oltenia, most of Muntenia and the north of Transylvania, there will be periods of increased atmospheric instability, which will be manifested by intensification of wind, gales (gusts of over 60...65 km/h), showers with torrential rain, lightning and hail. Water quantities will exceed 20...25 l/mXNUMX in some places.
In the Southern and Curbura Carpathians, at high altitudes, there will be gusts of over 90...100 km/h.
Note: In limited areas, there will be manifestations of atmospheric instability in the rest of the territory.
