Minister of Health: MAJOR Problems From Romania, LAST-HOUR Announcement for Millions of People!

The Minister of Health MAJOR Problems Romania Announce LAST MINUTE Millions of People

The Minister of Health talks about a series of major problems in Romania, with which a very large number of Romanians are currently facing, and the last-minute announcement made by Alexandru Rafila, shows us the solutions of the PSD Minister for the medical staff in the country, dissatisfaction with the current situation.

The Minister of Health speaks below about the decisions that were taken to make sure that the medical staff in Romania have their grievances fulfilled that can lead to a general strike in this sector as well, Alexandru Rafila saying that there are measures that can be taken, because a such a denouement to be avoided.

"It is normal to have such claims. I met with all the trade unions, the representative ones in the sanitary field, I met for the first time with those from Sanitas, I also talked with those from Meridian, later they were taken over by a colleague of mine, a State Secretary. I know very well their demands, some are older and the thing we discussed and established and I hope we can keep our word to each other is the following.

There are three categories of claims. First of all, it's about their request to unlock positions in Health. You know that there was an emergency ordinance that blocked employment in the entire public sector, and we are about to achieve this. I made a request through the public health departments related to the needs of the various health units.

We have finalized and centralized this, a memorandum is written for the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Development must make such a memorandum, because if the Ministry of Health makes a memorandum for the unblocking of positions under its own units, the Ministry of Development makes a memorandum for the units under local authorities.

In total, there are about 14.000 positions that are requested to be filled. Almost 4.000 at Health, around 10.000 at local authorities. We will promote this memorandum through the Government as soon as possible, and then when it is accepted by the Romanian Government, contests can be organized to fill these positions.

It is natural to be so. Just think about the fact that over 1.000 specialist doctors took the exam, passed it, a few weeks ago. It is not normal that a young doctor who is a specialist that we need should not be able to get a job. And there are other situations like this, not only with doctors, but also with medical assistants or other professions related to the medical act"
