But there is a dispute over how many refugees might enter the process each year (hint: 30.000). And: How many migrants are distributed to other countries. Poland rejects a monetary tax for every migrant they do not want to receive. Italy feels overwhelmed by border procedures and insists on a fair distribution of refugees.”
