ENGIE WARNING Extremely Serious, Blocking for Romanian Customers

WARNING ENGIE invoices

ENGIE, one of the largest energy companies in Romania at the moment, has decided to officially warn its customers in the country about a decision it has made and based on which it will block the issuing of invoices at the beginning of January for all those who are his clients, as you can see below.

ENGIE explains very clearly that, between January 1 and 22, 2023, it will not issue invoices for the current month, so invoicing will only resume after January 22 for all customers in Romania, so it is important to know why you will not receive an invoice for the consumption you made during this period.

The decision that the people from ENGIE Romania take is based on the company's desire to improve its IT infrastructure during this period, and this is because it wants to offer its customers in Romania only the best possible services, and for that it needs investments in the infrastructure it has.

ENGIE Romania is not the first infrastructure improvement project that it has in Romania, but this is one of the most complex that the company has done so far, and this is because we are talking about the interruption of issuing invoices, something that is not it comes as such a simple measure, in the end.

Between January 1 and 22, ENGIE Romania will not issue invoices for the month of January. The invoicing of the services will resume after January 22, and the agreed payment term will not be changed, it will run from the moment the invoices are issued. Payments made by customers between January 1-22 will be received by the company, but will become visible in its systems and in the customer account, MyENGIE, after January 22, 2024.

Between January 8 and 22, the online contact form on the engie.ro website will not be available. Customers will have the other contact channels at their disposal, as long as customer requests do not concern issues that require consulting the specific situations of each customer in the IT systems.
