On the other days, PPC Energie stores will operate according to the regular schedule. However, given the current situation and digital advantages, ENEL encourages the use of online options.
Most operations with ENEL can be done digitally, without the need to go to stores. This includes communicating with the company, receiving and paying invoices, and contracting for services. ENEL offers two simple methods to receive the electronic invoice: by e-mail or SMS, and the copy of the invoice can be downloaded directly from the website.
To transmit the electricity consumption index, customers can use the Index section of the MyEnel application or call the free number 0800.07.08.09 (or 021.9977 for the normal rate), during the telereading period specified on the invoice.
Regarding gas consumption, the index can be sent to the free number 0800.07.07.01, key 1, or to 021.9977 (normal rate) if the distributor is Delgaz Grid, Distrigaz Sud Rețele, Gaz Est, Gazmir, Premier Energy or Progaz P&D, between the 22nd and 26th of each month. It can also be sent through the My Enel app for the same companies.
