DIGI Mobil, one of the main mobile telecommunications groups in Romania, owned by RCS & RDS, is at the center of an extremely important official announcement by ANCOM, which talks about the complaints received from Romanians for the telecommunications services provided by Romanian companies during the year 2023.
DIGI Mobil surprisingly ranks 3rd in this top, with a percentage of only 11% of the total complaints, and this comes as a major surprise, because Vodafone and Orange had 3 and 2 times more, respectively complaints from customers in Romania, dissatisfied for a variety of reasons, in relation to the companies.
Those from ANCOM do not provide detailed information on the main problems reported by DIGI Mobil customers in Romania, but the small number of complaints is very good, if we consider the fact that the prices for services are very low, and the quality of the internet is not exactly to be praised in the company.

DIG Mobil, from my experience, offers very decent telecommunications services at subscription prices, if we are talking about phone calls or SMS, but if you want high-speed mobile internet, it would be better to turn to Orange, Vodafone, or Telekom, which offers much better services from this point of view.
