iOS 17.4 is to be released by the Apple company in the next period, and according to those from Cupertino, it seems that additional information about the phone batteries will be displayed, at least when it comes to the iPhone 15 series models.
iOS 17.4 will tell us when the iPhone 15 battery was manufactured, when it was activated, the number of charge cycles recorded for it, but also if it needs to be replaced, in order to benefit from the maximum capacity.
Apple will only display this information on iPhone 15 series phones, so if you install iOS 17.4 on older iPhone models, you won't see as detailed information, so it's good to know what to expect.
With iPhone 15 models running iOS 17.4 and later, you can see the status of your battery, when it was manufactured, when it was first used, the number of cycles, and whether it is recommended to replace the battery. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery health.
