Those from Orange officially warn their customers to be extremely careful when they receive emails that seem to be from the company, to look at the sender's email address, to check if it is an official one or not.
Orange says that we must look carefully at the content of the emails, at the destination of the links that are included in the emails, but also at the files that are attached to them, because they can all be malicious and designed to steal our data , or the money. If we are called by an unknown phone number, from outside Romania, Orange warns us not to call it back, because it is possible that there is a surcharge for it and we have serious amounts to pay.

Orange also recommends that we set different, safe passwords for the company's equipment, but also the accounts for its platforms, or various websites that we access, in order to always be safe. Moreover, we are strongly recommended by Orange to constantly update the operating systems of phones, PCs, or other equipment that are used on the Internet, including our Smart TVs.
Orange recommends those who want to be extra sure that they can't have your data and money stolen, to use VPN-type software, to fully secure the information they transfer via the Internet, which is an excellent idea. Another recommendation of Orange aims to avoid forming combinations of numbers such as 91407% on fixed phones, or **21*07%, on mobile phones, because this will redirect phone calls to other numbers, also introduced by us.
