The last-minute official flood alert of immediate phenomena on August 3, 2024 in Romania, issued by INHGA, the National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management, brings to our immediate attention a series of immediate severe weather phenomena, which will affect several areas of the country.
INHGA details two yellow codes below, due to which local floods are expected due to increases in water flows and levels in several basins of the country, being about Buzau, Prahova, but also Constanta, so we are asked to be cautious .
