ANM, National Meteorological Administration, has issued the official meteorological nowcasting warning of severe weather for January 14, 2025 in Romania, bringing to the immediate attention of Romanians multiple phenomena affecting fairly large areas of the country over the next few hours, as you can see below.

ANM It officially explains below that this warning concerns fog phenomena, which will reduce visibility to below 50 meters, which could lead to the formation of sleet and frost, so we are advised to be very cautious if we want to travel in Romania during the upcoming period.

There will be: Fog causing reduced visibility, locally below 200 m and isolated below 50 m which will favor, depending on local conditions, the formation of ice or ice.
