Nicusor Dan, Mayor General of Bucharest, recently announced the start of an extensive campaign to collect signatures for his candidacy in the presidential elections, highlighting the enthusiasm and dedication of a large team of volunteers who, despite the low temperatures, mobilized to promote an honest and truth-based Romania.
Nicosor Dan, in a public message, declared: "I started, together with a wonderful team of volunteers, to collect signatures for the candidacy in the presidential elections. Their contagious enthusiasm braved the cold outside and filled me with optimism. I am sure that, together, we will manage to make a difference!"
Nicusor Dan sincerely thanked the volunteers and members of the Reper, PMP and Drept parties, who joined this initiative with the aim of transforming Romania into a better and more honest country. The politician emphasized that anyone who wants to get involved can become part of the volunteer team by accessing the official website, nicusordan.ro, where they can fill out the registration form. Also from the website, you can download the necessary form for signatures or make a donation to support the campaign.
Regarding the legal aspects, Nicusor Dan provided clarifications regarding the outdoor campaign launched this week, showing that it complies with the legislative provisions in force. According to the law, political parties and independent candidates can receive donations and produce political propaganda materials outside the official campaign period. Moreover, the financial representative is mandatory only between April 4, 2025 and May 3, 2025, and the representative code must be printed exclusively on political propaganda materials from that period.
In addition, Nicusor Dan insisted on the importance of building an "honest Romania", based on respect for the law and assuming responsibility. In a message urging unity and civic involvement, he invited all citizens to support this endeavor.
In addition to political topics, Nicusor Dan also announced the first puppy adoption fair of this year, organized by ASPA today, between 10:00 and 16:00, in the MAXI PET Romania Mihai Bravu store (Soseaua Mihai Bravu no. 319). 10 puppies are proposed for adoption, all sociable, dewormed, microchipped and, where age allows, sterilized.
Adopters will receive each animal's health certificate, as well as numerous gifts offered by sponsors. Adoptions are free, and Nicusor Dan encourages citizens to give these animals a chance at a loving home, emphasizing that "Honest Romania" also means caring for defenseless beings.
