Those from BRD Romania say that today starting at 14:00 they will initiate an extensive maintenance operation for their IT systems, and this will disable for a limited period of time some of the services they offer.
BRD Romania says that during these maintenance works, the network of ATMs should work without problems, together with that of POS, but also payments made using cards, by customers. Regarding the MyBRD Mobile and YOU services, BRD Romania says that they will work intermittently, so we cannot rely on the fact that we will be able to use them all the time, so it is good to be aware of this.

BRD Romania has scheduled these maintenance works to take place between 14:00 and 23:30, so there is a period of 9 hours and 30 minutes in which any kind of problems can occur. During this entire period of time, any kind of transaction made by BRD Romania customers will be kept on hold, and this is because they will only be processed starting tomorrow, and your balances will not be changed so that the money spent be effectively eliminated.
BRD Romania says that in the case of BRD@ffice, transactions made after 14:00 will be processed automatically in the following days according to the established weekend schedule, with the exception of currency exchanges. Even in this case, the balances of BRD Romania customers will not change until the transactions are processed, so if you need an account statement, you will have to wait until the next day to be able to have an updated situation.
BRD Romania also conveys the fact that agencies throughout the country will have limited operating capacity today, the same being true for the contact center, and all until 23:30 p.m.
