Service Installous, which allowed the installation of pirated applications, it closed at the end of last year, extremely many users being upset by this decision. To take advantage of the popularity of Installous, a developer published in App Store a puzzle game with exactly the same name and sells it at the price of almost 3€. Most of those who bought it expected to be able to hack applications from the App Store, so they are willing to pay for something, but Apple will not allow the publication of such an application.
To be honest, I'm amazed that the company's engineers allowed the publication of an application with this name, even if it's just a game, and I don't really see why anyone would remove it from the store.
